Severity:

High

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Fill out and submit a form
2.Wait for feedback
3.Look for confirmation and check if fields cleared.

Expected Result:

  • Show a clear and visually distinct success message (e.g., green box, bold text).
  • Automatically clear form fields upon success.

Actual Result:

A success message appears:

  • It’s at the top of the form
  • It uses the same font color and background, making it invisible.
  • Form fields remain filled even after successful submission

Impact:

  • Users aren’t sure if their form was submitted
  • May submit again (duplicate entries)
  • Poor visual feedback = poor UX

Suggested Fix:

  • Style the success message with a clear contrast colour
  • Use a snackbar or scroll to the message.
  • Clear form fields after confirmation.
