Severity:
High
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Fill out and submit a form
2.Wait for feedback
3.Look for confirmation and check if fields cleared.
Expected Result:
- Show a clear and visually distinct success message (e.g., green box, bold text).
- Automatically clear form fields upon success.
Actual Result:
A success message appears:
- Itās at the top of the form
- It uses the same font color and background, making it invisible.
- Form fields remain filled even after successful submission
Impact:
- Users arenāt sure if their form was submitted
- May submit again (duplicate entries)
- Poor visual feedback = poor UX
Suggested Fix:
- Style the success message with a clear contrast colour
- Use a snackbar or scroll to the message.
- Clear form fields after confirmation.
